Support us

The Ciliopathy Alliance receives no government funding. Everything we do to support families, bring patients and researchers together and push for better care depends on people who choose to help.

Make a donation

A single donation, or a small regular gift, goes straight into the work: supporting families after a diagnosis, running our webinars and meetings, and representing patients where decisions about rare disease are made.

Fundraise for us

If you would like to raise money for us, you are very welcome to. Some of the ways people do it:

  • Set up a fundraising page on JustGiving for a run, ride, swim or walk
  • Ask for donations instead of presents for a birthday or anniversary
  • Hold a coffee morning, quiz or bake sale at work, school or your club
  • Take part in an awareness day and ask people to sponsor you

Tell us what you are planning and we will help where we can: we would also love to share what you are doing with our members.

Spread the word

Sharing our posts costs nothing and reaches people who have never heard of ciliopathies. If you post about your fundraising, tag us so we can cheer you on.

Add Gift Aid to your donation

If you pay UK tax, Gift Aid adds 25p to every £1 you give, at no cost to you. Complete the declaration below and we can claim on this donation, on future ones, and on anything you have given in the past four years.

Please tell us if you stop paying enough Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax, change your name or home address, or want to cancel the declaration.

First name and surname, as HMRC requires.
So we can send you a copy of your declaration.
